Yes it is. However you would need to notify your telecom operator to disable the mobile number and also call Beam Customer Care to temporarily suspend operations of My Wallet.
My Wallet cannot be accessed if you lose your mobile phone. If you lose your mobile, please call your telecom operator immediately to block your SIM card. This will also block the possibility to use My Wallet with your mobile. You should also call Beam Customer Care to temporarily suspend operations of My Wallet.
My Wallet is valid for three years from the date of signup.

Of course you can. If you are a registered customer and your transaction fails, the money will be credited in your My Wallet. If you have transacted as a guest customer then as per the refund policy, you will get the refund within 10-15 working days in your bank account.
Once the recharge is completed, you will receive a confirmation message from operator. You will also see the transaction summary on the website (incase of online transaction) after every successful recharge. In case on non receipt of confirmation message please check the account balance/validity limit of your mobile phone/DTH service. There are multiple reasons why your credit/debit card may have been declined.
1. Please make sure that expiry date on the credit/debit card matches the date which you have entered.
2. Please make sure that the billing address of the credit card matches the address mentioned in your account.

CVV verification number is for your safety and security. Each transaction requires that you enter your credit cards verification number. The verification number a 3-digit printed on the back of your credit card. This number is for verification purposes only and will not be stored.

TID means Transaction Identification Number. Every transaction has a unique 16 digit TID number.

To print transaction details: Click on print statement to take the print out of your transactions.
You will receive a message from Beam having TID number (Transaction ID) in confirmation of the completion of transaction.
